Project Overview

Pentagon Tech Fusion worked with IIT Roorkee to set up an Audio-Video solution for a conference room at the Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering.

What We Installed

The conference room was equipped with two Panasonic 55-inch displays and two Lumens VCR31 cameras with 12x optical zoom. For clear voice capture during meetings, we installed 21 Sennheiser MEB 114S boundary microphones.

The audio system included QSC digital signal processors, ceiling-mounted speakers, a QSC amplifier, and a dual-channel receiver. We also added QSC control network expanders and a D-Link 16-port PoE switch along with the required networking and connection cables.

Our Approach

The AV equipment was integrated with the existing infrastructure at IIT Roorkee. The setup also included software programming and the required integration services to bring all the components together as one complete conference room solution.

The Result

The result was a well-equipped conference room with displays, cameras, microphones, audio processing, speakers, control, and networking systems working together to support day-to-day meetings and presentations.
